the finish is several coats of polyurethane and the holes in the top for the dried flowers have not yet been drilled


in the left pic, the vertical lamination is walnut, hard maple veneer, and padauk. The oval lamination is Honduran mahogany and hard maple
in the right pic the wood is bubinga

The base is walnut and makore


The top "V" is sycamore and the middle "V" is a lamination of bocote and ash thins. The light wood just above the base is sycamore. the dark brown woods are walnut and the rear oval of reddish-brown wood is makore. Note how the makore came out slightly blotchy on the right side.
